Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are going to have a Summer Youth Gathering! We just wanted to go over some key information.
June 26th-June 30th, 9am-5pm is the week of camp!
Pick up and drop offs will be at TrueVine Church at 8 Prospect Street, Saugus.
You will need to pack lunch every day except Wednesday and Thursday. However, there will be food purchasing options on Tuesday. Wednesday will be a late lunch so a snack may be a good idea.
TVC shirts will be given out Monday and are required for the group field trips for easy recognition. (washing is encouraged throughout the week but not mandatory)
A TVC waiver needs to be filled out and can be signed the morning of drop-off on Monday, June 26th (other waivers may be needed for certain field trips as well). Phones are allowed but campers will have limited access so for quickest responses please contact Kris @ 781-727-4405 or Brandon @ 617-943-9738.
The fee per youth is $200. If you have 2 children attending it is $350 for both campers. All payments can be sent through VENMO @TrueVineChurch as soon as possible. If you don't use Venmo or need extra time contact me. You can also donate on VENMO between $5-$50 if you’d like to help defer any costs such as gas, food and shirts.
Change of clothes and towel for Monday (kids may get wet on the bumper boats), Tuesday (weather permitting) and Thursday. Sneakers are required for Friday. Sneakers and sensible shoes should be worn everyday. No flip flops. No inappropriate swimwear.
